I am making an announcement from now on every day i will be presenting a fact of any kind some might be funny some even disgusting heres your fact of the day:

In 2006, a New York man received a water bill for $422.90. He believed he was overcharged and refused to pay. Two years later, his bill has reached $2,509.66 after accumulating penalties and fees. When he went to finally pay the bill, officials refused… because he wrote it on floral print toilet paper!
